Alpha tags
Alpha tags allow you to use your brand name as your Sender ID instead of a number. Recipients cannot reply to messages sent using an alpha tag.
To register an alpha tag, please contact support.
Alpha tag registration usually takes 10 business days.

When registering an alpha tag, you will need to provide:

Dedicated numbers
Send from a trusted, local number. Your messages will always come from a consistent Sender ID, which is perfect for establishing trust and recognition.
To purchase a dedicated number, please contact support.
Dedicated number registration usually takes 2-3 weeks.

When purchasing a dedicated number, you will need to provide:
Company name
Contact details (email and phone)
Service description
Expected volumes (inbound and outbound)
Rules and best practices
The sending of messages for commercial purposes is prohibited if any of the following apply:
The message is not clearly identified as a commercial communication
The sender’s identity (brand) is concealed or hidden
The message is sent without a valid opt-out address or method that allows the recipient to unsubscribe directly and effectively
These rules apply to all A2P SMS traffic, but are especially enforced for 2-way (Dedicated Number) messaging, where the sender name may not be clearly visible.
For promotional traffic, clients should begin the message with “OS:”, short for “obchodní sdělení”, which means "commercial communication" in Czech.
