Dedicated number registration usually takes 4 weeks.

Registration requirements

When purchasing a dedicated number, you will need to provide:

  1. Customer Name

  2. Use case

  3. Message samples

  4. If traffic will be national or international

Alpha tags

Alpha tags allow you to use your brand name as your Sender ID instead of a number. Recipients cannot reply to messages sent using an alpha tag.
