Alpha tags

Alpha tags allow you to use your brand name as your Sender ID instead of a number. Recipients cannot reply to messages sent using an alpha tag.

To register an alpha tag, please contact support.

Alpha tag registration usually takes 2 weeks.

Registration requirements

When registering an alpha tag, you will need to provide:

  1. Alpha Tag

  2. Company Name

  3. Company Address

  4. Website URL

  5. Vat number

  6. Sample message

  7. Company scope of activity

  8. Type of traffic (Marketing/Transactional/OTP)


Rules and best practices

Marketing traffic should only be sent during sociable hours (9am - 9pm) local time
