Understanding how pricing works

Updated over a week ago

ClickSend offers flexible pricing designed to suit businesses of all sizes whether you are sending a few messages or scaling fast.

Here is how pricing works, and how to get the most value from your top-ups.

The value of higher credit top-ups

ClickSend used tiered pricing. This means that the cost of each message is based on your top-up amount. In most cases the more credit you add in a single top up, the lower your message cost.

You can see available pricing tiers in the Billing section of the Dashboard.

Global pricing tiers

When you unlock a pricing tier, it applies across all countries — not just one region.

There is no need to buy separate top-up packages for different countries. You will see available pricing tiers when you go to Billing > Add Credit in your account.

Auto recharge and pricing tiers

Your message rate is based on your most recent top-up amount — no matter how you added credit.

If you want to have continued access to a pricing tier (and discounted rate), it's best to set up auto recharge for that pricing tier.
