Yes! We offer a 14-day free trial when you create a ClickSend account. ClickSend is a cloud-based platform that allows you to send and receive SMS/MMS, Fax, Emails, Voice, and Post worldwide.
Our platform is user-friendly, and we provide guides and step-by-step articles to help you get started. ClickSend uses a pay-as-you-go model—you only pay for messages you send. Prepaid pricing and bulk discounts can be found here: ClickSend Pricing.
Signing up is simple and commitment-free. Create your FREE ClickSend account and start testing with your free credit today. This lets you explore all our features and test them for your specific use case.
After the trial is over, is there a monthly subscription or just pay-as-you-go?
ClickSend operates entirely on a pay-as-you-go basis. There is no monthly subscription fee.
Important Note: If you plan to send or receive messages to the US or Canada, you’ll need a dedicated number. This number requires a small monthly fee and must be registered through the ClickSend dashboard in the sender management section. Once registered, you can start sending messages using that number.
What happens at the end of the 14-day trial?
At the end of your free trial, your account will not be automatically upgraded or charged. Here’s what you can expect:
Account Status: Your account remains active. You can log in anytime without any charges for simply maintaining the account.
Loss of Trial Features: Trial credits will expire, and free testing features will no longer be available. To continue using ClickSend services, you’ll need to manually add credits or make a purchase (like acquiring a dedicated number).
Pricing Model: After the trial, you continue with the flexible pay-as-you-go model, paying only for the messages or services you use (SMS, emails, etc.) and based on the destination.
Credit Options: If you didn’t use your trial credits, you can request a credit extension or test credits when reactivating your account. Once approved, refresh your dashboard to see the updated balance.
Verification for Messaging: Some messaging options (like U.S. numbers: TFN or 10DLC) require verification before you can send messages. Once verified, you can send messages according to your account balance and plan.
