Shared numbers are free, ready to use, and donβt need registration. Messages will be sent from our pool of Sender IDs, so the number might be different each time.
Shared numbers are recommended for one-way messaging only.
Dedicated numbers
end from a trusted, local number. Your messages will always come from a consistent Sender ID, which is perfect for establishing trust and recognition.
To purchase a dedicated number, please contact support.
Dedicated number registration usually takes 2-3 weeks.

When purchasing a dedicated number, you will need to provide:

Customer Contact Person:
Customer Contact Email & Number:
Expected Incoming SMS volume per month:
Expected Outgoing SMS volume per month:
Service description: (What are the intended applications & how does this service work?)
Specific samples of Message flow (outgoing and incoming SMS content)
Opt-out Management: (how does the brand ensure that when subscribers opt out, they will no longer receive SMS?)
Opt-in: How the customer collects end user's permits to send them messages
Desired provision date: (when does the client want to start the service?)
Alpha tags
Alpha tags allow you to use your brand name as your Sender ID instead of a number. Recipients cannot reply to messages sent using an alpha tag.

Before you start sending, carefully review our sending guidelines to understand the types of messages you can't send. Additionally, you must adhere to the specific local regulations outlined below:
