Available Sender IDs

You can only send via registered alpha tags in the Philippines.

Registration and fees apply.

Alpha tags

Alpha tags allow you to use your brand name as your Sender ID instead of a number. Recipients cannot reply to messages sent using an alpha tag.

To register an alpha tag, please contact support.

Alpha tag registration usually takes 4-5 weeks.

Registration requirements

When registering an alpha tag, you will need to provide:

  • Business name, address, and website

  • Contact name, job title, email address, and phone number

  • Whether the business is local or international

  • Whether the messages are for marketing or transactional purposes

  • Example message body

  • Monthly SMS volume

If you are a Philippine-registered (local) business, you must also provide the following:

  • Copy of the General Information Sheet (GIS)

  • Copy of the SEC Certificate of Incorporation

Dedicated numbers (inbound only)

To purchase a dedicated number, please contact support.

Dedicated number registration usually takes 2 weeks.

Registration requirements

When purchasing a dedicated number, you will need to provide:

  • Business name
