Viewing usage reports

Access the Usage Reporting dashboard from your ClickSend account.

Go to Billing > Usage Reporting

What you’ll see:

  • Usage across all supported products

  • Daily breakdowns of cost and volume

  • Activity summaries for selected date ranges


Understanding usage reports

Each record includes:

  • Date

  • Product

  • Volume

  • Cost

  • Subaccount

  • Sender ID and destination (where applicable)

Filtering your data

Filter by:

  • Date range

  • Product

  • Subaccount

  • Sender ID

  • Destination country

Exporting data

To export:

  • Apply filters

  • Click Export

  • Receive a CSV via email (link available for a limited time)

Costs and accuracy

  • Data aligns with your invoices

  • Costs reflect your pricing

  • Usage is shown in your account timezone

Scheduled Messages and Credit Usage

Scheduled messages are treated differently depending on how they are sent:

  • Quick SMS: Credits are deducted as soon as the message is scheduled.

  • SMS Campaigns: Credits are not deducted when the campaign is scheduled. Instead, charges are applied when the campaign is sent.

This difference is expected behavior and should be considered when reviewing credit balances and usage reports.


Access

I don’t see the Usage Reporting dashboard in my account. What should I do?

The Usage Reporting dashboard is being released in phases and may not yet be available on all accounts.

If you do not see the dashboard, contact our Support team for assistance. They can confirm availability and help you access the feature when it becomes available for your account.
