Not all customers have access to ClickSend AI yet. It’s currently an experimental feature, which is not suitable for every customer and use case.

ClickSend AI is included at no additional cost — you won’t be charged for your AI conversations.
Limitations
Interactions with the AI are limited to specific token amounts each day and to relevant conversation only.
We will continue to add more capabilities to ClickSend AI over time, such as the ability to register Sender IDs and manage your account balance. For now, the AI is restricted to the tasks listed above.
