Registration requirements

When registering an alpha tag, you will need to provide:

  1. Alpha Tag:

  3. Company URL:

  4. Traffic type: (transactional, marketing messages, or both)

  5. Service Description:

Alpha tag registration usually takes 20 business days.

Short codes

Short codes are 5-6 digits long and offer superior throughput — ideal if you plan to send a high volume of messages.

To purchase a short code, please contact support.

Registration requirements

When registering for a short code, you will need to provide:

  1. Full name of the Customer

  2. Business name and website

  3. Projected Monthly Volumes for Both outgoing and incoming SMS

  4. Sample Content for both outgoing and incoming SMS
