You can send One-Way SMS in Russia with a registered alpha tag.
Two-Way messaging isn't supported, however you can receive replies by including a dedicated inbound number in your message.
MMS isn't supported in this country.
Alpha tags
Alpha tags allow you to use your brand name as your Sender ID instead of a number. Recipients cannot reply to messages sent using an alpha tag.
To register an alpha tag, please contact support.
Alpha tag registration usually takes 5 weeks.

Dedicated numbers can only be used for receiving replies β you must include the number in the body of your message. These cannot be used as a sender ID.
