To make this a smooth process please stay informed on the options below:

Under the ClickSend Referral Program, users earn a 5%-20% commission from the spending of individuals they refer. This commission applies to the spend for SMS/MMS volumes made by the eligible referred customer and continues for a period of up to 24mths. You benefit from consistent earnings while the referred customers utilize the platform.


Commission Options

You can only make a withdrawal once you have accrued $100AUD commission.

There are a few ways to receive your hard-earned commission:

  1. via ClickSend Credit (Fastest)
    You can move your commission straight into your ClickSend account balance. Your commission amount will then be added to your account, ready for you to use as ClickSend credits.

    The transfer can happen much faster compared to the other methods for exporting outside of ClickSend and the process is actioned the moment you notify us.

  2. Withdrawing your commission outside of ClickSend
    There are two options to withdraw your commission outside of ClickSend,

    ​Wise Payment or Bank Transfer.

    1. Wise Payments

      We can send your commission balance to you using Wise. ​

      You will need to provide us with your Wise-linked email address, and we can begin the process of transferring your commission.

      You’ll receive an email from Wise with instructions to claim your money.

      ​Be sure to claim your funds within 5 days. If you miss this window, the transfer will expire, and we’ll need to process it again.

    2. Bank Transfer

      You will need to provide us with your bank account details.

      These are the details we require to proceed with transferring your commission

      1. For payments to an Australian bank account (in AUD)

        If you’d like to withdraw more than $1000, our Accounts Team will contact you to request an invoice.

​​Please note:

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is $100.

  • For Australian accounts: If you’d like to withdraw more than $1000, our Accounts Team will contact you to request an invoice.

  • Payments are made once a month: Requests for payouts are included in the next scheduled payout cycle.

  • If the date falls on a weekend or public holiday, payment will be made on the next business day.

  • Funds transferred via Wise are typically received within 1–7 business days depending on your bank’s clearing times. Ensure that your bank details and email address are up-to-date to avoid any issues with receiving your payout.
