Alpha tags

Alpha tags allow you to use your brand name as your Sender ID instead of a number. Recipients cannot reply to messages sent using an alpha tag.

To register an alpha tag, please contact support.

Alpha tag registration usually takes 3 weeks for local businesses and 9 weeks for international businesses.

When registering an alpha tag, you will need to provide:

Company Address
Website URL
Sample message
Company scope of activity
Type of traffic (Marketing/Transactional/OTP)
Local commercial registration document of the company (For local businesses only)
A copy of the Tax Card (For local businesses only)

Rules and best practices

Rules and Best Practices for Marketing SMS

Message Curfew: Marketing messages may only be sent between 09:00 and 21:00 local time (GMT+02:00).
Restricted Days: No messages may be sent on Fridays, Saturdays, or official holidays.
Opt-Out: Opt-out instructions are not required for marketing SMS in this region.
