Shared numbers
Shared numbers are free, ready to use, and don’t need registration. Messages will be sent from our pool of local Sender IDs, so the number might be different each time.
Shared numbers can be used for one-way messaging only.
Dedicated numbers
Send from a trusted, local number. Your messages will always come from a consistent Sender ID, which is perfect for establishing trust and recognition.
To purchase a dedicated number, please contact support.
Dedicated number registration usually takes 30 business days
Registration requirements
When purchasing a dedicated number, you will need to provide:
Business name and website
Business local address
Contact name and email address
Company description
Copy of the business license
Rules and best practices
Marketing & Promotional Messaging
All marketing and promotional messages MUST include '(광고)' or 'Advertisement' in the header. Messages must contain an opt-out option in the footer.
Marketing content should only be sent Monday-Sunday between 9am-9pm unless consent obtained from recipient.
Message Format & Length
Concatenated SMS (messages split into multiple parts) are not supported.
Maximum message length:
140 bytes total
Up to 70 Unicode characters or 140 English characters
All messages will automatically include a prefix either:
[Web 발신]
– Message sent from the web[국제발신]
– Message sent from abroad
Content guidelines
Before you start sending, carefully review our sending guidelines to understand the types of messages you can't send. Additionally, you must adhere to the specific local regulations outlined below:
