Shared numbers are recommended for one-way messaging only.
Dedicated numbers
Send from a trusted, local number. Your messages will always come from a consistent Sender ID, which is perfect for establishing trust and recognition.
To purchase a dedicated number, please contact support.
Dedicated number registration usually takes 3-4 weeks.

When purchasing a dedicated number, you will need to provide:
Business name, address, and website
Contact email address and phone number
Information on how you plan to use the number
Short codes
Short codes are 5-6 digits long and offer superior throughput — ideal if you plan to send a high volume of messages.

Short code registration usually takes 8-9 weeks.
Own numbers
Send messages using your own number. Replies will go straight to your phone.

Rules and best practices
When sending to Belgium, it’s advisable to follow French curfew rules:
Don't send marketing messages between 8pm - 8am.
Don't send marketing messages on Sundays or bank holidays.
