Available Sender IDs

You can choose from a few Sender ID options when sending to Poland.

Registration and fees may apply.

Not sure which one to choose?

See our Sender ID guide or contact support β€” we're happy to help.

Dedicated numbers

Send from a trusted, local number. Your messages will always come from a consistent Sender ID, which is perfect for establishing trust and recognition.

To purchase a dedicated number, please contact support.

Dedicated number registration usually takes 3-4 weeks.

Registration requirements

When purchasing a dedicated number, you will need to provide:

  • Business name, address, and website

  • Contact email address and phone number

  • Information on how you plan to use the number

Alpha tags

Alpha tags allow you to use your brand name as your Sender ID instead of a number. Recipients cannot reply to messages sent using an alpha tag.

Register an alpha tag via our dashboard by going to:

Short codes

Short codes are 5-6 digits long and offer superior throughput β€” ideal if you plan to send a high volume of messages.

Send messages using your own number. Replies will go straight to your phone.
