How many pages can I send in a letter?
120 pages duplex (printed on both sides).
60 pages simplex (printed on one side only).
Can I cancel a letter?
ClickSend operates with an automated postal system, so cancelling letters isn't always possible once they are sent to our print centres. You can only cancel a letter campaign if the status is Scheduled or Queued.
To cancel a scheduled letter, select the campaign and click the Red Bin Button to cancel.
Can I edit a letter?
Post is automated but if you notice your error early enough, you may be able to edit your letter.
If your letter is marked as Scheduled, you can edit or cancel it before it’s sent. Just head to the Dashboard to manage scheduled letters. You cannot edit the letter if the status is Queued or Sent — as your letter is already being processed or dispatched.
To avoid any hiccups, we recommend double-checking your details before hitting submit.
