Print network and delivery times

Updated over 2 weeks ago

We're no longer offering Post to new customers. If you're looking to reach people quickly, our SMS platform might be worth looking into.

Where your letters are printed

We deliver to all countries. Letters and postcards will be printed and sent from the closest print center.

We have print centers in:

  • Asia Pacific (Australia)

  • USA

  • Europe (UK)

Please note that all letters and postcards are put into the normal mail system for each country. Letters can be posted via regular mail or priority/express mail. However, priority or express mail options are not available for postcards.

These options vary depending on the letter service you choose. For example, priority mailing is not supported in Quick Letters but is available in the Letter Campaign workflow.

Delivery time for letters

ClickSend uses local print and post centres to speed up delivery. Below are estimated delivery times based on location.

To choose the priority mail option when using the Letter Campaign service, follow these steps:

  1. Start a Letter Campaign from your ClickSend dashboard.

  2. Compose your letter and proceed to the sending workflow.

  3. Select the Priority mailing option.

  4. Review applicable fees and estimated delivery timeframes.

  5. Confirm your selection and submit your letter.

Please note, once your letter leaves our print centre, we can’t track its delivery.

Sending to Canada

When sending mail to Canada, you’ll need to use a Canadian return address. Canada Post requires this for items to be processed and delivered smoothly.

If you use a return address outside of Canada, it will be automatically replaced with a US return address. This can cause delays or issues with delivery, so to avoid problems, always set a Canadian return address when posting to Canadian recipients.
