SMS and MMS carrier fees
ClickSend passes through wireless carrier fees charged by carriers on messages sent.
We pass these fees to our customers with no markup. Please see the fee schedule below for both U.S. and Canadian carriers.
USA
By default, you'll send via a Toll-Free (TFN) number with ClickSend. You can also purchase a 10DLC or Shortcode by getting in contact with our 24/7 support team or your account manger.
Toll-Free - Outbound
Starting July 1, 2021, several mobile carriers have introduced additional fees for toll-free numbers. This is an industry-wide change that affects all SMS service providers.
Surcharges are listed by carrier below. We understand the unpredictability that comes with rates for different recipients, so we'll charge you a flat average rate as shown in the table below.
