However, you can't send MMS messages.

Shared numbers
Shared numbers are free, ready to use, and don’t need registration. Messages will be sent from our pool of local Sender IDs, so the number might be different each time.
Shared numbers are recommended for one-way messaging only.
Dedicated numbers
Send from a trusted, local number. Your messages will always come from a consistent Sender ID, which is perfect for establishing trust and recognition.
Purchase a dedicated number via our Dashboard by going to:

Alpha tags
Alpha tags allow you to use your brand name as your Sender ID instead of a number. To send using an Alpha Tag, this must be registered with ClickSend, and with the local regulator CNMC. Recipients cannot reply to messages sent using an alpha tag.
From September 15 2026, messages sent from an unregistered Alpha Tag will be overwritten.
How to register:
Option 1: Register with CMNC Directly
Register your Alpha Tag directly with CNMC here
Ensure that when completing the registration you confirm Sinch as your registered provider
Once registered contact ClickSend support and provide the following details:
Company Name
Número de Identificación Fiscal (NIF)
Alpha Tag

ClickSend will notify you when your Alpha Tag is ready to be used.
Option 2: ClickSend submits your registration to CNMC
Complete this registration form to be submitted to CNMC
Register an alpha tag via our Dashboard by going to: Sender IDs ➔ Manage Senders
Please ensure you confirm Sinch as your registered provider within 10 days receiving the email.

Short codes
Short codes are 5-6 digits long and offer superior throughput — ideal if you plan to send a high volume of messages.
To purchase a short code, please contact support.
Short code registration usually takes 3-4 weeks.

Sending promotional SMS messages on Sundays or public holidays is not supported
