Currently, we support porting for the UK and AU(subject to approval) numbers. Below, you’ll find the necessary details and steps to ensure a smooth transition.
United Kingdom
To port your UK number (SMS Feature ONLY), please provide the following details:
Latest invoice from your current provider
Current carrier account number
Account type (business or personal)
Billing telephone number
Name of the authorized person making the request
Company name on file
Service address listed on your invoice
Completed Letter of Authorization (LOA)
Confirmation that the number is not part of a larger fixed range of numbers
Confirmation that the number is active with the current provider

Please keep in mind that once the port-in request is processed, all features from the current provider will be lost.
Processing Time
Porting your number typically takes around 30 business days, depending on your current provider’s processing times.

10DLC (local number port in)
To port in your 10DLC this will be dependant on whether your number has an existing Brand & Campaign ID or not.
The number must be a landline or VoIP, wireless or mobile numbers cannot be ported.

Most recent invoice from your current provider
Completed LOA hosted-sms-loa-form-CS.docx
Porting ETA: 3 - 5 business days
No Brand & Campaign ID
Please complete a 10DLC application through your ClickSend account.
Ensure to select on the application that you are migrating numbers over to ClickSend from another provider and include the number.
Please allow additional time for campaign to be approved before the porting is complete

Please provide the following:
TFN number
Company Name
Email address
Full name (this will be used for producing an LOA)
Porting ETA: 3 - 5 business days
