Billing for Automation Builder
Automation Builder uses a usage-based pricing model. You’re charged based on the number of actions your recipe has.
The price per action will be in your local currency. Please check Account Settings > Billing.
Checking your usage
You can check usage by viewing an individual recipe. Remember that you’ll be charged for each action within a recipe.
1.Go to Automation Builder and click on the recipe you have created.
2. Select settings.
3. Click ‘View usage’.
4. It will open up a new window and show you the number of tasks you’ve consumed when the recipe was executed.
Auto-recharge and Automation Builder
Automation Builder is built for always-on, low-touch workflows. If auto-recharge is off, you won’t be able to run automations.
To turn on auto-recharge:
Go to Billing > General > Balance Management in your ClickSend Dashboard.
Your credit balance and Automation Builder
If you don’t have enough credit in your account, any existing recipes will be pushed and you will see an error in Automation Builder.
If you’re using Automation Builder for the first time please top up your account and have auto-recharge enabled to start making recipes.
