By default, when someone calls your dedicated number, they'll hear a busy tone or a message saying the number doesn't exist. If you want incoming calls to be redirected, we can enable call forwarding for a monthly fee in supported countries.
How to set up call forwarding
Call forwarding is only available in the U.S and The U.K. It must be manually configured by our team.
Call forwarding isn’t enabled by default. To set it up:
