Integration Guide: Zoho CRM Sunset

The ClickSend SMS integration for Zoho CRM will be retired on December 31, 2025.

After this date, the integration will no longer receive updates or support from ClickSend.

Existing customers may continue using it until December 31, 2025.
The integration will also be removed from the Zoho Marketplace, meaning it will no longer be available for new installations.


Note: Your ClickSend account and data remain safe and unaffected.

Can I still use the current ClickSend Zoho integration?

Yes. You can continue using it until December 31, 2025. However, it will no longer be supported or updated, and new installations will not be possible once removed from the marketplace.

What will happen to my existing data?

Your ClickSend account and data remain safe and unaffected. The sunset only applies to the Zoho CRM integration itself.

What are my alternatives?

You can:

Will ClickSend release new updates for Zoho CRM?

No. Development and support will now focus on actively maintained and widely used integrations.

How do I know if my Zoho account is Standard, Enterprise, or another edition?

Users can check their plan type directly within their Zoho product.

  1. Open the Zoho application.

  2. Click on your Profile Picture in the top-right corner.

  3. Your account edition (e.g., Standard, Enterprise, etc.) will be displayed there.

Will my ClickSend credits be transferred to Sinch?

Credit transfers are not automatic and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Can I move my message history to Sinch?

Message history cannot be migrated. We recommend backing up your message logs before uninstalling the ClickSend integration from Zoho CRM.
