To use ClickSend actions like Send SMS, MMS, Voice, or Email in Make.com, you’ll first need to connect your ClickSend account.

Sample Use Case: Send an SMS When a New Row Is Added in Google Sheets
Step 1: Set up your trigger
In Make, create a New Scenario.
Select Google Sheets as the trigger app.
Choose Watch Rows (fires when a new row is added).
Connect your Google account and select your spreadsheet.
Step 2: Add ClickSend SMS as an action
Click the + icon to add another module.
Search for ClickSend SMS and choose Send SMS.
When prompted, connect your ClickSend account using your username + API key.
Step 3: Configure your SMS
Choose either Send Single SMS or Send to a List.
To: Map the phone number column from your sheet.
Message Body: Write your SMS content. You can also insert dynamic values from your sheet (e.g., name, order details).
Sender ID: (Optional) Select your sender ID if you have one.
Step 4: Test your scenario
Save the scenario.
Add a new row in your Google Sheet with a phone number.
Run the scenario once.
Check your phone or the ClickSend dashboard to confirm delivery.

Receiving Inbound SMS with Make
You can trigger Make scenarios using inbound SMS received through ClickSend.
Here’s how:
Set up Inbound SMS Trigger:
In Make, go to Webhooks > Custom Webhooks.
Click Add, name your webhook, and copy the URL.
In ClickSend:
Go to Message Settings > Inbound Rules
Create a new rule
Set the To field to your dedicated number (purchase one here) or leave as "Any" to use shared numbers.
Set Action to URL and paste the webhook URL from Make.
Optionally add keyword-based rules using the Match for field.
Click Add Test Reply to send test data to Make.
Click Add to save your rule.
Back in Make:
Click OK to finalize the webhook.
Add your Action app, and map the dynamic fields (from your test message).
✅ You’re done! Incoming SMS can now trigger actions in any connected app in Make.
