Shared numbers
Shared numbers are free, ready to use, and don’t need registration. Messages will be sent from our pool of local Sender IDs, so the number might be different each time.
Shared numbers are recommended for one-way messaging only.
Alpha tags
Alpha tags allow you to use your brand name as your Sender ID instead of a number. Recipients cannot reply to messages sent using an alpha tag.
To register an alpha tag, please contact support.
Alpha tag registration usually takes 14 days.

Before you start sending, carefully review our sending guidelines to understand the types of messages you can't send. Additionally, you must adhere to the specific local regulations outlined below:
Drugs, Cannabis & Related Products
No messages that promote, advertise, or reference any of the following — regardless of whether they are legal in your region:
• Illegal or controlled substances
• Cannabis or CBD products
• Prescription or pharmaceutical medications
• Nicotine, vaping, or e-cigarette products
Adult Content
No sexually explicit or suggestive content of any kind. This includes:
• Pornography or sexually explicit material
• Escort or adult entertainment services
• Strip clubs or similar venues
• Explicit images or media Links that redirect users to adult content websites
Personal Messaging & Dating
No personal, non-commercial messages sent to individuals, and no content related to dating platforms, apps, or services. SMS/MMS must be used for legitimate business purposes only.
Spam, Phishing & Malicious Content
No messages designed to deceive, defraud, or harm recipients. This includes:
• Unsolicited bulk messaging (Spam)
• Phishing, messages that impersonate a brand or person to steal information
• Links or attachments containing malware or harmful code
• Any content intended to trick or manipulate recipients
Hate Speech & Discrimination
No messages that attack, demean, or discriminate against any person or group based on characteristics including:
• Race or ethnicity
• Religion or beliefs
• Sexual orientation or gender identity
• Political affiliation or views
