What is text-to-Voice?
ClickSend Voice allows you to send automated voice messages to your recipients using Text-to-Speech (TTS) technology. This guide includes everything you need to get started sending voice calls.
How to send Quick Voice messages?
You need a dedicated number to send Voice messages.
Navigate to the Voice menu in the Dashboard.
Select Quick Voice.
In the To field enter a mobile number or search for a contact list.
Choose the language your message is written in for correct pronunciation.
Choose the gender of the voice.
Compose your message or select a template.
Tick Require Input if you want to track the keypad buttons that recipients press.
Tick Answering Machine Detection if you want the voice message to be left on voicemail if the recipient does not answer.
Click Send Now or Schedule for later.
How to send Email to Voice
This feature is used to send Voice messages from your email account. Follow the instructions below or log in to the Dashboard and go to Voice > Email Voice for a step-by-step.
To be able to send voice messages from your email address, you need to have your email added as an 'Allowed Address' via the Dashboard.
Open your email account.
In the To field, add the email address: XXXXXXXXXX@voice.clicksend.com. With XXXXXXXX as the recipient's mobile, for example: 0411111111@voice.clicksend.com.
Enter the message in the subject or body of the email.
Then hit send.
