  • Alpha senders require Pre-Reg. Non-registered senders and Numeric are replaced with "INFO."
  • Generic and numeric sender IDs are not allowed.
  • If the sender ID used is not the brand/company name. MTN requires in the body content something that makes the message unique to the sender such as a company name or brand. 

To register your alpha tag, please fill out this attached MTN form. The registration process will take approximately 45 business days.
