Monty Mobile may ask for details if the sender is not well-known. The network needs more information to identify which application this sender is related to, which is why may ask for the necessary details. Yet no need for sender registration is required for known senders.

OTT/OTP /Marketing is allowed, and special characters and space symbols are allowed.

How to register an Alpha Tag

Please provide the following details:

  1. Alpha Tag (11 characters max with no spaces)
  2. Content/s (Please use ALL messages the client needs to send. This is a content whitelisting destination)
  3. Company name
  4. Company URL

Registration ETA: 3 days

Forbidden content types

  • Adult
  • Political
  • Gambling
  • Religious
  • Money lending
  • Spam
