You've probably heard about the upcoming changes to Sender ID registration in Australia, mandated by the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA). What You Need to Know
If you are sending SMS in Australia and you use an alphanumeric Sender ID (Alpha Tag), you will need to register your Sender ID with the ACMA through your SMS provider, such as ClickSend. This table will help you identify what type of customer you are, which will then define what steps you need to take.

Once you have registered with the ACMA, you can choose to register Sender IDs with the ACMA directly, or partner with a Participating Telco like ClickSend to take on the responsibilities of Sender ID registration.
