Make sure your file is the right size and file type so there are no roadblocks to sending MMS.
File types
Images: jpg/jpeg, png, gif (static or animated)
Videos: mpeg
File size limits
Maximum attachment size: 250 kB
For compatibility with older devices: 30 kB
Recommended size for gif images: under 100 kB
