Subaccount Permissions
This guide outlines the user permissions available in the dashboard and explains their impact on the usage of the dashboard. Permissions are handled at a subaccount level.

Permission | Description | Dashboard |
Modify Users | Blocks subaccounts from accessing the Account Settings page (which is the parent page for Subaccounts). Note: As long as a subaccount has the Modify Users permission enabled, they will be able to change their own permissions, even if they were permissions that they were not previously granted to them by the account owner. |  |
Access Reporting | This toggle hides messaging history (for all products) that wasn’t sent by the subaccount. This is primarily for customers that have multiple subaccounts under the same user. If access reporting = 0, the subaccount will be limited to seeing reporting for it’s own subaccount, and not be able to see the history of what other subaccounts have sent or received. | Access Reporting is enabled for user SecondarySubaccount User SecondarySubaccount is able to view the SMS history of user PrimarySubaccount. Share Contacts | If enabled, the subaccount can access contact lists (including opt-out list) and SMS templates from all subaccounts on the account. If disabled, they will only be able to access contact lists and SMS templates for their subaccount. Opt-out lists can be set up for each subaccount separately. Share Campaigns | If enabled, the subaccount can see SMS & MMS Campaigns from all subaccounts on the account.
