How to register an Alpha Tag

Please confirm whether the brand is a local entity or an international business. For local businesses, the registration process can be a bit complex and has one-off tariff costs for all networks of AUD 1000 converted to your local currency. If your registration is unsuccessful, we will refund the registration fee in full.

Please provide the following details for the international registration request:

  1. Client’s Company Name or Entity Name;
  2. Client’s trade license; (Official document must be provided)
  3. Business website:
  4. Purpose/Nature of the Message;
  5. Sample Message showing content format.
  6. Company Name :
  7. Alpha Tag: (11 characters max with no spaces)
  8. Type of traffic (OTP, notification, promotions etc) :
