Yemen currently has four networks, that have different rules and requirements for sending SMS. See below.

All alpha tags are replaced with INFO

  • One-way SMS only.
  • Yemen is a destination that doesn’t require a pre-registration as it delivered dynamically for two operators and with default sender for the other operators as below:
    -MTN (YOU) Alphadynamic, numeric not allowed -SABAFON Alphadynamic, numeric not allowed -Y sender will mask to A2PSMS -Yemen Mobile ( CDMA) sender will mask to INFO.

  • Adult

Marketing

  • Curfew for marketing campaigns: 21:00 - 07:00 local time (GMT + 03:00)
  • No marketing campaigns to be sent out on Fridays and public holidays
