Zoho CRM - Use Placeholders to Personalise your SMS
Placeholders are great for adding a personal touch to your SMS text messages. This article will guide you how you can add placeholders to your messages to make them more personalised.
- Importantly, your contacts in Zoho CRM must have first names. First Names and Last Names can be fetched into a message.
- When composing your message on the ClickSend SMS Modal, type in %First_Name% and %Last_Name% placeholders to fetch the names of the contacts.
These placeholders works with bulk contacts or individual messaging.
- Once sent, these placeholders will populate into names.
