  1. Full name of the Customer
  2. Business name and website
  3. Projected Monthly Volumes for Both outgoing and incoming SMS
  4. Sample Content for both outgoing and incoming SMS

It has a once-off setup fee of AUD 504 and an annual fee of AUD 840 (converted to your local currency.)
