Alpha senders require Pre-Reg. Non-registered senders and Numeric are replaced with "INFO".

How to register an alpha tag

Confirm if the business has a local entity or an international one.

For local businesses, please provide the following details:

  1. SenderID
  2. Company name
  3. Business website
  4. Confirmation that the company is an entity registered in the commercial register.

For international businesses, please provide the following details:

  1. Alpha Tag (11 characters max with no spaces)
  2. Company name
  3. Service Description
  4. Sample SMS message
  5. Estimated monthly volume
  6. Traffic type
  7. Must fill out the registration form that will be sent by our global sending specialist.
