All message content needs to be pre-registered prior to sending. For most networks, only pre-registered Alpha tags are allowed. Alpha tags should only be the company’s name. Any alias, fraudulent name, or generic name will not pass registration. Only SMS can be sent, MMS is not offered.

How to register an Alpha Tag

Please provide the following details:

  1. Alpha tag (maximum of 11 characters with no spaces and special characters.)
  2. Business name and website
  3. Sample message content
  4. SMS Traffic (Transactional, promotional, or both)
  5. Estimated monthly volume
  6. Must fill out some forms that will be sent by our Global Sending Specialist
