How to change where low credit notifications go

You will be notified by SMS and Email when your account balance is low. To do this:

  1. Log into the dashboard
  2. Click on 'Accounts' ->'Billing/recharge' -> Billing contact
  3. Update the email and mobile number.
  4. Go to 'Balance Auto Top Up and Notifications'
  5. Update the settings as required.
