Marketing content can not be sent Monday - Sunday 8pm-8am.
A new Colombian law has been brought in that regulates when a customer can send Collections message. (Collection SMS refers to notifications that aim to achieve payment for a product or service or cancellation of a debt.)
Collections should not be sent outside of the below hours:
Monday - Friday: 7am-7pm
Saturday: 8am-3pm
Sundays and local holidays you can not send collection messages.
