Can I use my local currency? How does currency conversion work?

Yes, we support all major currencies. Your currency will be automatically selected based on your location. Your balance will always show in your local currency and you will always be charged in your local currency.

Since ClickSend is an Australian-registered company, your currency is always held in AUD (Australian Dollars) in the background. This means that your balance can fluctuate slightly depending on currency conversion rates. This doesn't actually make a difference to your message rate, since if your account balance drops slightly, so does your message rate, which works out to be the same overall.
