Postcards, Post Letters and Fax Delivery Issues Escalation

NOTE: When escalating delivery issues with Postcards, Post Letters and Faxes to the Tech Support Team or when raising a ticket in Intercom, Please make sure to attach the file that was sent. You can download it from the history and attach it to the reported or created ticket.

Whenever we escalate it to Printroom or to the next level they could not actually search it by message ID but by file or attachments.

If the Printroom or the next level confirm that there is an error on our end they are the ones who will re-send it on the user's behalf.
