US SMS Number Porting Guide

US - Port in Request

  • #800 Toll-Free number ports require registration after the port is completed.
  • The user must add credit to the account before proceeding with the port.
  • Porting your number typically takes around 7 business days, depending on your current provider’s processing times.

To port your US number, please see the following: 

  •  For accounts that have no existing campaign ID: 
  1. Completed Paperform.
  2. Latest invoice from your current provider - it should contain the billing address, account number, along the number requested to be ported.
  3. Completed Letter of Authorization (LOA)
  • For accounts that have an existing campaign ID:
