Libya +218

Updated 2 weeks ago

Libya operates with content whitelisting, meaning we need the exact message that the client intends to send. We do not whitelist SIDs (Sender IDs); instead, we whitelist the content being sent. If the content isn’t approved by the operator, it will fail to deliver.

Important Messaging Restrictions:

  • Only one-way messaging is supported. Two-way messaging is not permitted.

How to Whitelist Message Content

The following details are required by the operator, Al Madar, for whitelisting. Please provide the following:

  • Alpha tag (maximum 11 characters)
  • Business name
  • Website URL
  • Exact and complete message content

Registration ETA: 5 business days
