Reopening Templates for Health and Beauty

These templates are designed to be used by businesses in the health or beauty industry, following Covid-19 restrictions being alleviated.

Opt-outs:

As many of the customer-focused messages can be classified as marketing, you may need to add an Opt-out message to these templates. Opt-out messages can be added quickly by clicking on the "Add Opt Out" button below the message content field in the dashboard once you have pasted the template content in to the message field.

1. Beauty Services Resuming

This template can be used by beauty salons, wellness centres, nail parlours, waxing and laser hair removal, tanning, massage therapists, event/mobile makeup artists and more.

Field reference:

  • (First Name) - this is where your message will pull through your recipient's first name from your contact list.

Variable fields:

  • <organisation> - this is where you need to put the name of your business (eg. "Brookleigh Nails and Beauty")
  • <date> - this is where you need to put the date you will be reopening (eg. "6 June")
  • <URL> - this is where you need to add the link to your booking system, to allow your clients to book in their appointments.

Template:

Hi (First Name), <organisation> is back! We will be reopening on <date> and look forward to seeing you. Note that due to Covid regulations we will need to take payments in advance. Book your appointment now to avoid missing out! Go to <URL> to see available times.

2. Beauty Services - Appointment Confirmation and Reminders

These templates can be used to follow up for appointments that have been booked to reduce the number of no-shows in this critical time.

Field references:

  • (First Name) - this is where your message will pull through your recipient's first name
  • (Cust. 1) - this is where you will need to match the date of booking to custom field 1.

Template 1 (Appointment Confirmation):

Hi (First Name), thanks for booking your appointment on (Cust. 1). We look forward to seeing you. Please let us know if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are unable to be refunded. See you soon!

Template 2 (Appointment Reminder - To Be Sent 48 Hours Ahead):

Hi (First Name), we can't wait to see you on (Cust. 1). If you have realised you are unable to make your appointment, please let us know now else we may be unable to provide a refund. Thanks for your understanding.

3. Gyms/Health Clubs Reopening - Active Members

This template can be used for gyms, fitness centres and health clubs to alert members of the club reopening and what happens to memberships.

Field references:

  • (First Name) - this is where your message will pull through your recipient's first name

Variable fields:

  • <organisation> - this is where you need to put the name of your business
  • <date> - this is where you need to put the date you will be reopening

Template:

Hi (First Name), <organisation> is reopening on <date> in line with new Covid-19 reopening regulations. Your payments will continue from this date, unless you contact us to pause/cancel your membership. We look forward to helping you achieve your fitness goals! <Organisation>.

4. Gyms/Health Clubs Reopening - Membership Leads

These templates are designed for gyms, fitness centres or health clubs that are reopening to reengage leads who were not active members at time of lockdown. With many people turning to mindless grazing during quarantine, former members or leads who never quite converted carry more potential than ever. Reactivate these leads with the following templates.

Field references:

  • (First Name) - this is where your message will pull through your recipient's first name
  • (Cust. 1) - this is where you will need to match the date of booking to custom field 1.

Variable fields:

  • <trainer name> - this is where you put your name, or the name of one of your trainers or staff
  • <organisation> - this is where you need to put the name of your business
  • <date> - this is where you need to put the date you will be reopening

Template 1 (Reaching Out):

Hi (First Name), <trainer name> from <organisation> here. As our doors reopen, I thought I would reach out to see how you are going with your fitness goals. If you would like to schedule a free personal training session please reply YES and I will get in touch. Cheers, <trainer name>.

Template 2 (Sales Push):

Hi (First Name), to celebrate the reopening of <organisation>, we are offering two weeks free training for all new members. To take advantage of this offer, reply FREE and we will call to set up a time. Cheers, <trainer name>.

Template 3 (Selling Benefit):

Hi (First Name), we know that the quarantine period has left a lot of us with some less than healthy habits. If this is you, come join us as we smash our fitness goals together! <Organisation> is reopening on <date> and we'd love to see you there. Cheers, <trainer name>.
