How do I export message history?
You can easily export your account history using our online dashboard.
- Login to your account dashboard.
- Click on the 'SMS' menu.
- Click on 'History'
- Select the date range and click 'Export'
- All your history for this date range will be exported to a CSV file. You can open this with Microsoft Excel.
You can only export up to 50,000 records at one time.
160 characters will be exported in the message body. If you require the full message body contact our support team and request this.
