  • Only one-way traffic is supported, two-way traffic is not allowed

How to register an Alpha Tag

Please provide the following details:

  • Alpha tag.
  • Website URL.
  • Traffic type (transactional or marketing/promotional).
  • Service description.
  • Sample message.

Further documents will be provided during the registration process.

Alpha Tag must not exceed 11 characters and no replies are accepted.

Registration ETA: 20 business days

Forbidden content types

  • Adult
  • Alcohol & tobacco
  • Gambling
  • Medicines/drugs
  • Political
  • Religious

Marketing

  • Message curfew for marketing campaigns: 19:00 - 07:00 local time (GMT + 04:00)
  • No opt-out content is required for marketing SMS
  • All promotional SIDs need to have the prefix 'AD-' included in the SID and it must not exceed the minimum of 11 characters, the prefix included.
