Email notification on message failure

You can setup email notifications on message failure. We'll automatically email you when a message fails. This can be setup for each product (SMS, Fax, Voice, Post etc). 

For each product, the setup is fairly similar. Here's how to do it for SMS:

  1. Open the dashboard: https://dashboard.clicksend.com
  2. In the top right-hand corner select your user icon and navigate to Message SettingsDelivery Report Rules → Add New Rule
  3. Add a new rule:

Rule Name: Your reference

Match for: Only on Failure

Action: EMAIL_USER

Back-up Email Address: Your email address
