Email notification on message failure
You can setup email notifications on message failure. We'll automatically email you when a message fails. This can be setup for each product (SMS, Fax, Voice, Post etc).
For each product, the setup is fairly similar. Here's how to do it for SMS:
- Open the dashboard: https://dashboard.clicksend.com
- In the top right-hand corner select your user icon and navigate to Message Settings→Delivery Report Rules → Add New Rule
- Add a new rule:
Rule Name: Your reference
Match for: Only on Failure
Action: EMAIL_USER
Back-up Email Address: Your email address
