Zoho CRM - SMS history is not showing
Our ClickSend SMS extension can reflect SMS history to the CRM when the phone number's format is in international.

Not only in the SMS table you can see the history of your messages. You can also see your conversation with the contact by opening the ClickSend SMS modal.

Above works with Contacts and Leads Module.
As for Accounts Module, it sends the SMS to a group (Contacts that are under an account). SMS History will reflect on each contact profile you send SMS to.
