"FORBIDDEN" Error

If you receive this error message when trying to open a file you likely have your security settings set to 'Private'.

If private, you will only be able to access the files if logged into the dashboard or authenticated via the API.

You can change this back to public here: https://dashboard.clicksend.com/#/account/settings/security

If 'public' anyone with access to the random, long URL can open the file. It is still stored securely, but only people with the file name will be able to view it. It is technically secure because it's unlikely to be guessed by a random person.
